William Collins has earned a proven track record as a top residential Broker Associate, as well as a Property and Financial Asset Management Specialist. He has over thirty six years of experience developing marketing and management strategies for new construction, resale, relocation and distress properties. As such he is acknowledged as an expert in the field; resulting in speaking engagements at Lucent Technologies, St James and St. Matthews NIDA, to name a few. Additionally, William has written articles on real estate related issues for the Gannett's Courier News, The Connection, City News, suburban News and The Essex Times.
William's reputation for impeccable professionalism, knowledge and service resulted in his appointment to the position of Regional Vice President (RVP) for the National Association of Real Estate Brokers and subsequently to its national board of directors. In his capacity as RVP, William managed the growth and development of the organization's chapters in New York and New Jersey. William has also served as the President of the RVPs.
William is the recipient of numerous awards and accolades. He serves as a trustee on a number of boards.
